To ensure a smooth and lawful process, please take note of the following important guidelines:
1️⃣ Proper Tagging: All animals brought to us for processing must arrive with the appropriate tagging as required by law. Failure to do so will necessitate contacting the authorities, and we want to avoid that. We encourage all E-Tag Participants to carefully follow regulations posted on our wild game cooler upon arriving at our facility to minize any confusion.
2️⃣ Arrowheads Alert: If you have arrowheads left in the carcasses you bring to our establishment, it is essential to notify us immediately. This helps us ensure the safety of our processing equipment and staff. Please be aware that a fee of $50 or more may be added to the processing cost for animals with arrowheads left inside, whether or not you provide prior notification.
3️⃣ Convenient Drop-Off: To cater to your needs, we offer 24/7 drop-off services from September through January. When you arrive at our facility, head to the Northeast corner of the building, where you’ll find clear signs and instructions for after-hour drop-offs. We also offer a 24/7 contact number to reach out to the on-call staff for that evening if you have any questions. Please call 785-213-8941 if you can’t reach us during our normal business hours and have questions.
4️⃣ Explore the convenience of our online cut cards, making it easier than ever to customize your processing preferences. Click below to access this feature and tailor your order to your exact specifications. Please note that all cut cards must be submitted within 2 business days of your drop-off. Failure to do so will result in your animal being processed with standard cutting instructions and without any specialty options.
